Ask any homebuyer or seller who has worked with Patti McCormick, and the one thing you'll always hear is "She makes things easy." Whether she's helping homeowners to get their homes market ready or educating buyers on schools, locations and even shopping, Patti skillfully handles the details in order to make her customers feel more at ease. And it's definitely working. Since becoming a licensed Realtor® in North Carolina in 1979, Patti has frequently received referral clients from her former customers. "That's the best kind of business," Patti says. "It means I've done my job well. It means my customers trust me enough to help their friends and family members." Patti also attributes service through technology as a main reason for her increase in business. "That's been a big help," she says, "but consistently providing personal service to my clients is my main objective."
Another focus for Patti is helping medical residents list and sell their homes as well as assisting the in-coming residents make good choices in buying their homes. After working with this high energy group for the last 14 years, I look forward to every Spring when the residents start their searches. Helping them make good decisions in the buying process of their first homes is very gratifying. Often, in four years, I am selling the same home for them with great success. Patti is a past board member and president of the Ronald McDonald House, as well as a former board member of the Susan G. Komen Foundation, Race for the Cure in Winston-Salem. She is an avid gardener and golfer. "I also work out when time permits," she says. Patti lives in Sherwood Forest with her husband. They have two grown daughters and attend St. Leo's Catholic Church.
